This auction for a 1987 Batmobile Honda Civic ended with a top bid of $305.00 and an asking price of $5,200.00. Insert LOL here. The car has been relisted with the ultimate in marketing ideas. Make the starting bid almost 10 times the last close at $2,999.99 and the same buy it now price. Remove all the fun text including "BATMOBIZEY FO SHIZY" and replace it with "1987 Honda Civic DX HB". Um... I am rarely at a loss for words; this Batmobile version of a Honda Civic is easily one of the silliest ideas ever. Considering the number of riced Civics out there, that is no easy feat. The first auction read:

"This Batmobile is FULL LOADED straight from the Bat cave, 5TV's DVD CD TOUCH screen, NAV touch screen,Crunch sound system ,Flame thrower kit,custom tail pipe ect."



Well, more pictures can be seen while the auction is still live including pictures of people dressed as Batman or the Joker, the real Batmobile (apparently so you notice the bold similarities?) and... that's about it. I got nothing.
