Both Chinese and multinational auto manufacturers have demonstrated unprecedented enthusiasm, with enormous human and financial resources dedicated to the event. Thanks to their strong support, Auto China 2010 will set new standards in terms of the scope, exhibited brands, quality of vehicles and booth designs. The event will provide visitors with a memorable "journey" of sensory delights, as well as a unique opportunity to learn about the latest developments across the global automotive sector.
The show will have 990 vehicles on display, including 89 world debuts, of which, 75 vehicles are entrants from China's domestic automakers, while 14 are from multinationals. Multinational automakers are planning Asian debuts for 41 vehicles, while domestic counterparts will be showing 35 vehicles for the first time. Sixty-five concept cars will be exhibited, including 37 from the multinationals. In addition, the 95 new energy-powered vehicles on display are expected to be head-turners at the event. Italy-based automaker Ducati also will make Asian debuts for two motorcycles.
