Everett Lima, a former member of the Outlaws, said he found two explosive devices outside his Winterhawk Trail home Tuesday afternoon. One had exploded, but the other did not. "There was some shrapnel in the bomb, and the part that didn't go off was fuel, which would have probably burned my house down," Lima told WPBF 25 News in an exclusive interview. Special Agent Carlos Baixauli told WPBF 25 News investigative reporter Terri Parker that his department is "following all leads."
