The officers were practicing at the Bremerton MotorSports Park when a pickup drove onto the track a little after 11 p.m., court documents said. A couple of officers approached the truck and asked the man what he was doing there. The man reportedly failed field sobriety tests and registered a .14 blood alcohol level, well in excess of the .08 legal limit for driving.
