Vincent Maselli, 51 broke into a Tulsa business and stole a bicycle worth thousands. Police were notified and Maselli was spotted in the area, sitting next to the bike.
Maselli refused to put up his hands and continued to resist arrest. While he was being transported to the Tulsa jail, he yelled at the arresting officer, "I will crack your head open and kill you," and spat on the officer's arm, the report says.

Charges include 2nd degree burglary, throwing human waste at an officer, threating a violent act and resisting arrest.
Maselli is being held on $12,000 bond.
