This story has it all; except video and that really sucks. But we do have “exotic dancer” Misty Light-Yow (no shit) who stole a taxi and took the Pekin, Illinois police for a 20 mile chase yesterday.

The taxi was reported stolen and the police spotted it and began chase. Misty (again, parents, choose your kids name carefully especially if you live in a trailer park) continued driving and hit a barrier in a bank parking lot. She then went into an apartment complex. Then she left and got on Route 29 and the police maintained pursuit because there was no traffic around. Next came the spike strips which punctured the front right tire. She kept going so they deployed another – this time puncturing the left tire. Nope, not yet. Finally an officer hit the corner of the rear bumper and spun the car around bringing the chase to an end.

But that's not all...


She continued pushing the gas pedal as they removed her from the car and warned she would be tasered. She didn’t, they did but she had a thick jacket on so it didn’t seem to take. Phew.

Finally she spit at and kicked officers and refused all sobriety tests. They also found marijuana and drug paraphernalia on her.

Misty Light-Yow, 35, was arrested for driving under the influence, aggravated battery, resisting and obstructing police, aggravated fleeing and eluding, driving on a suspended license, criminal damage to property, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, motor vehicle theft and 11 traffic violations. That should do it.

Oh yeah, one last thing. She is being held in the Tazewell County Justice Center.
