Plaintiffs’ Lawyer to Splendor Passengers: Don’t Bother Suing

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that at least one attorney is telling passengers not to bother to sue. Sadly, this just means a thousand other vulturesys will step up. That attorney? Personal injury lawyer Jim Walker, the author of Cruise Law News. Here is his quote:
